Our Stories Matter…

And God tells long stories

But when I don’t trust God, I tell smaller stories, like when I’m living in fear and want to hurry the story. Or when I’m eaten by guilt and want to fix the story. Or when I’m swallowed by doubt and want to hide from the story. Or when I’m controlled by pride and think I know how this should go. It can feel risky to find something larger to live in. It can feel overwhelming to begin the process.

My book, A Brilliant Night, shares stories of how I discovered God in my everyday life. This blog is a place, where on occasion, I share more stories. These are offered as steppingstones into your own life with God … with invitations to let your stories expand… and find deeper connections with God and your life.
